The challenge was size. The homeowner wanted more function, more storage, and a more refined design without making a tight bathroom feel crowded. We planned it through 3D renderings and reworked the existing footprint into a balanced double-vanity layout.

A Closer Look At The Finished Space

The Project

More Function and Storage Within the Same Footprint

The homeowner’s main issue was size. The bathroom felt limited, and the goal was to get more out of it, better function, more storage, and a more refined design, without making the space feel crowded. That meant working smarter within the existing footprint rather than expanding it.

We began with 3D renderings and design planning to make the most of every inch. The biggest functional move was converting a single vanity to a double vanity, which improved daily use and created a more balanced layout.

From there, the details did the heavy lifting:

An awkward angled wall turned into custom-built shelving with integrated LED lighting
A custom wet-bed shower with a custom niche
Full tile installation and Kohler finish selections

It’s a clear example of how we use planning and construction together: solve the layout challenge, maximize a tight space, and deliver a bathroom that feels more functional, more detailed, and more complete than its size suggests.
